About Us
IT Services supports research, learning, teaching, and administration, providing a variety of communications and information technology facilities. All University staff, as well as students at undergraduate and postgraduate level, have access to our services. Most IT facilities are available 24 hours a day. Research students, in most cases, receive the same services as staff, so where we refer to staff, this will normally mean research postgraduates as well.
IT Services are located in the Garendon Wing in Holywell Park. The Service Desk is the main point of contact (IT.Services@lboro.ac.uk or 01509 222333) for IT Services. We offer a face-to-face support service for personally-owned computers (staff and student) at the PC Clinic in the Haslegrave Building.
